Thank you for your interest in employment with Allegis Communications, Inc. Allegis provides clerical support services to property & casualty insurance companies across the United States. Specifically, we transcribe recorded multi-party conversations taken to gather information during the claims process, called recorded statements. Our team of professional, trained transcriptionists and court reporters transcribe, verbatim, the questions and answers on the recorded statement tapes or digital files.

Allegis Communications has employment opportunities for qualified keyboard transcriptionists and court reporters in the following classifications:

This website is intended to provide an online application and screening process for candidates interested in transcription employment. We have designed it to provide you with all the necessary information, questionnaires and tests required in our process from the convenience of your home or office.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Part-Time Regular Employment Transcription Applicants:
Allegis IS currently seeking additional part-time transcriptionists. Information regarding employment is as follows: All applicants for part-time transcription employment must live in the greater Seattle area and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Part-time transcriptionists are given the opportunity to work at home after the completion of a brief training period of 1 or 2 days in our office. Transcriptionists must be available and are required to pick up/drop off tapes at our Tukwila office at least twice per week between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
