OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in transcribing for Allegis Communications, Inc. Allegis provides clerical support services to property & casualty insurance companies across the United States. Specifically, we transcribe recorded multi-party conversations taken to gather information during the claims process, called recorded statements. Our team of professional, trained transcriptionists and court reporters transcribe, verbatim, the questions and answers on the recorded statement tapes or digital files.

This website is intended to provide an online application and screening process for candidates interested in transcribing for Allegis. We have designed it to provide you with all the necessary information, questionnaires and tests required in our process from the convenience of your home or office. All qualified candidates MUST have at minimum 2 years of experience in Q&A transcription from audio.

If you choose to begin the online application process, you will be required to provide your resume and cover letter, and complete a grammar test and application questionnaire. Please see below for current employment and contract availability status.
* Independent Contractor Applicants:

At this time, we are seeking skilled transcriptionists with a minimum of 2 YEARS of professional experience to serve as independent contractors. Independent contractors are not considered employees, and will receive work only on an as-needed basis. Please note there are production requirement minimums and only those applicants residing in the U.S. need apply.

Applicants who successfully complete this initial process will advance and be guided through a transcription test as the final step in the application process.
